Simply fill out our easy to use repair form
We will get back to you with options
If your glasses can be repaired we will send you a shipping label

Send us your glasses

Once we receive your glasses we notify you that your glasses have arrived
Our master craftsman will then thoroughly inspect your glasses
An email with all available options, which include description and cost per option, will be sent
Once an option is chosen and processed online our master craftsman will quickly proceed

We return your repaired glasses

Most orders are usually processed and shipped back within two weeks
We will send out an email with tracking number and link once your order shipped
You can track your order online

Warranty

This product is guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 2 years against all manufacturing defects as determined by our technical services department. This guarantee does not cover defects caused by accidents or misuse.

This warranty does not cover: scratches on lenses, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
